The far-reaching uses of geographic information science (GIS) extend to government agencies, insurance companies, retailers, the military and beyond.
With the versatility of this field in mind, we host information sessions several times a year, providing programmatic information about our nine graduate degree and certificate programs and covering a unique, relevant topic in GIS or geospatial intelligence (GEOINT). Special topics have included GIS applications in sustainable cities and urban planning, environmental health, natural disaster relief and more. Our special guests presenting on these topics have included program faculty, alumni and industry leaders.
Below you’ll find links to access the recordings and additional details for each of our previous information sessions, starting with our most recent.
