Admissions Requirements

The Geographic Information Science and Technology online graduate programs are offered by the Spatial Sciences Institute in the USC Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. Students can apply for either a Master of Science or a graduate certificate. The USC GIST certificate was one of the first online GIS graduate programs in the country, and the M.S. program is one of the only GIS graduate programs designed exclusively for the online environment. Both offer you the opportunity to build a core GIS foundation and learn real-world applications from leading educators.

To be eligible for this program, students must meet the following qualifications.

Online application
Submit along with $90 application fee.
